At Meseroll, we stand by the performance and quality of our gear, offering a 30-day window for returns or exchanges on all unused equipment in its original packaging. Our goal is to ensure you have the right tools to stay active and perform at your peak.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original box, ensuring all tags are attached and the gear is in brand-new, sellable condition.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned gear, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new exchange items within 3-5 business days.
